RRR is a 2022 Indian Telugu-language epic movement performance film composed by S. S. Rajamouli, who formed the film with V. Vijayendra Prasad. It is made by D. V. V. Danayya of DVV Entertainment. The film stars N. T. Rama Rao Jr., Ram Charen, Ajay Devgan, Alia Butt, Shraya Saren, Samuthirakany, Rai Stevenson, Alisan Doody, and Olevia Moris. It is a made-up story around two certifiable Indian reformists, Alluri Sitarama Raju (Charan) and Komaram Bheem (Rama Rao), and their fight against the British Raj. Set in 1920, the plot explores the undocumented period in their lives when both the reformists chose to go into cloudiness before they began the fight for their country.

Rajamouli went over stories about the presences of Rama Raju and Bheem and related the episodes between them, imagining what could have happened had they met and been buddies. The film was authoritatively announced in March 2018. RRR movie release date

RRR was planned to have unique debuts across India and the United States on 24 March 2022 before its overall dramatic delivery on 25 March. Earlier, it was booked to be dramatically delivered on 30 July 2020. However, in February 2020, the delivery date was overhauled to 8 January 2021, seven days preceding the Sankranthi celebration (14 January 2021). Due to the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, which prompted creation disturbance, the film's delivery was placed on hold. In January 2022, a public interest prosecution (PIL) was documented in the Telangana High Court to limit the film from being delivered, charging that the film contorts the history of Alluri Sita Rama Raju and Komaram Bheem.
